Francesco Cortiana, a blacksmith and craftsman, forges and models a billhook in his workshop on the slopes of the Valdadige. The gestures of this craftsman are precise and encompass the thousands-year-old traditions and wisdom of the artisans’ world. It is water that makes the wheel that brings energy to the big trip hammer turn. That wheel that ten years after Francesco Cortiana’s death no longer turns.
