Special Preview Event
The Festival opens with a preview in the Church Square, marking the 100th anniversary of the first exploration of the Spluga della Preta, in the presence of some of the explorers who wrote several of the most incredible chapters in Italian speleology in this abyss. Before the screening of the film L'abisso—twenty years after its release—speleologists from the Gruppo Falchi will perform a rope descent demonstration from the bell tower of the parish church.

Il racconto di ottant’anni di esplorazioni nella Spluga della Preta, una delle grotte più celebri ed esplorate al mondo. Le testimonianze dei vecchi speleologi si intrecciano con la discesa negli immensi pozzi e il passaggio nelle anguste fessure, per giungere fino alla Sala Nera, a novecento metri di profondità. Laggiù, si scoprirà mai la segreta via, che solo i pipistrelli conoscono, per uscire ad affacciarsi sulla Vald’Adige.
